Business travel specialist airline Silverjet has announced a new agreement that will see its airfares launched onto further global distribution systems (GDS).
The London Luton-based airline has signed up to allow all of its fares to be distributed through GDS specialist Sabre adding to an existing agreement with Galileo, part of the Travelport network.
Describing itself as a unique low-fare business class airline, the GDS agreements will see the airline's flight routes to New York Newark and Dubai International Airport gain exposure among the online travel agents who partner Sabre.
Russell Fraser, commercial director of Silverjet said: "We are delighted to be working with Sabre, the world's largest GDS. Sabre is an essential part of our distribution strategy both in the UK and USA to provide our key travel trade sales partners full flight availability to the Silverjet product."
Sabre Connected travel agent will not only provide access to Silverjet airfares, but will also partner the airline by allowing customers to manage their entire travel itinerary through the GDS.
