Danish low-cost carrier Sterling Airlines has announced the further expansion of its 'Sterling Connect' service with the addition of 27 new connecting flights.
'Sterling Connect' is a service that offers customers the option to purchase tickets on flights connecting through Copenhagen.
Customers can already fly to Aalborg in Denmark, Bergen in Norway and Gothenburg in Sweden, on the same booking through Copenhagen and as part of the expansion will be possible to book connecting flights from international markets via Copenhagen to Bergen and Oslo in Norway, to Aalborg in Denmark and to Gothenburg in Sweden.
The international destinations include flights to Alicante, Amsterdam, Athens, Berlin, Budapest, Crete, Faro, London Gatwick, Malaga, Milan, Naples, Paris CDG, Prague, Valencia and Biarritz Barcelona, Florence, Nice, Paris CDG and Venice (VCE).
Arnaud-Battandier, Sterling Airlines international marketing manager, said: "From June 2nd our customers will be able to travel to everywhere in Scandinavia with our new connecting flights' possibilities. Tickets are already for sales at sterling.com."
