Tuesday 10 June 2008
Wizz Air will introduce
cheap flights to Rome Ciampino Airport from Warsaw in September.
The new flights will run three times a week and complement the existing Wizz Air airline network in Poland – which already includes services to 17 destinations from Warsaw.
Wizz already offers flights to five European cities from Rome's two airports. From Rome Ciampino the airline serves Katowice, Bucharest, and provides
cheap flights to Sofia, Budapest and Cluj Napoca from Rome Fiumicino.
As well as international flights, Wizz Air Ukraine has been focusing on domestic services in the country.
Flights between Kiev and Lviv, Odessa and Simferopol will start in July, with expansion at the Kiev base offering
flights to London, Milan and Dortmund in September.
