About the Job
We have developed a unique and incredibly powerful advert-delivery system for the travel industry. We are now looking to recruit an E-Commerce Specialist looking who will be responsible for developing and managing the system and will have the capability and skills to tune it to optimum performance.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role would be:
• Managing the appropriate estimation and correct setup for each campaign
• Communicating campaign details across the organisation
• Analysing which aspects of the campaign to measure in order to give the best indication of performance
• Managing different variables in order to optimize the performance of the campaign over successive runs
• Modifying conflicting variables effectively in order to deliver best overall performance
• Communicate the targeted message to the client as well as to the internal project management
• Managing the internal and external publication of the company
• Working towards deadlines within budget
• Develop web-marketing techniques including both paid and organic search
About You
Qualifications/Experience
The successful candidate must have a relevant degree level educated with at least one year of relevant working experience or alternatively must have working experience directly relevant to this role.
The relevant candidate is also requires the following skills:
• Strong analytical skills
• A rigorous and scientific approach to analysis, with meticulous attention to detail
• Have a proven track record of implementing change based on your data analysis
• An understanding of web-marketing techniques – including both paid and organic search
• Have experience in data mining and optimisation environments
• Ability to make excellent use of Excel and ideally have SQL/TSQL skills
• An understanding of the psychology of persuasion
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective team working skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in an environment of change
• Awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work
