About the Job
The Integrations and Affiliates Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s growth through affiliate and partner networks across Europe.

Reporting to VP Marketing, this is a critically important development role in a fast-growing investor-backed company.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • All aspects of affiliate account handling, including distribution strategy, revenue achievement, and affiliate relationships
  • Developing and expanding relationships with affiliate networks, major affiliates and large volume partners
  • Driving the performance of key affiliates
  • Developing one to one commercial relationships and optimising sales
  • Setting goals, success metrics and milestones and developing and executing the strategy
  • Managing a European affiliate sales team
  • Liaising with Product Manager and development teams to create specifications for new tools and product features

Requirements:

  • Experience in growing an affiliate program and affiliate relationships
  • Proven track record in managing and leading a team of affiliate managers
  • Knowledge & experience of technical integration/product feeds, including API and white label
  • Experience of handling of key accounts with strategic involvement and commercial  awareness
